Counting the days until we can escape the ‘British Summer’ for some reliable sunshine! The weathermen apparently have lost the plot when it comes to accepting that, as a nation the UK population generally want to hear what the weather is actually going to do.

Avatar (December 2009) a film by James Cameron – heralds a new era in live 3D CGI filming. Hopefully this will eliminate the wooden acting we see all too much of in recently overcooked CGI blockbusters. Really looking forward to seeing this.

It’s not that I hate Microsoft, I don’t lose any sleep over why I have to ‘accept’ or ‘reject’ changes on a word doc (isn’t that the same as choosing to save or not save a file?). The thing I dislike is the lack of simplicity the Office applications have to offer. I appreciate I am slightly bias when it comes to my appreciation of Microsoft products, but I wish they wouldn’t bring out commercials pointing to the fact that they are a crazy ideas based company with only your best interests at heart, when their specialty seems to be ‘waiting to see what everyone wants’ then spinning THAT particular plate.
